SCOPOS Turnkey Process Timeline

1. Project Award & Kickoff

Once the project is awarded, our team is notified and introductions are made. A site visit is scheduled and key stakeholders are brought into the conversation.

2. Concept Review & Planning

We review the initial concept, confirm scope, and address any needed revisions. A communication plan is set, goals are defined, and the project timeline is established.

3. Site Evaluation & Pre-Design

Trades and our team review the site to assess conditions and gather key details. The design process begins, including any required code or permitting review.

4. Design Finalization & Budgeting

Design details, finishes, and branding are finalized and approved. Budgets are aligned and pricing is confirmed as we prepare construction documents.

5. Procurement & Permitting

We submit permits and begin ordering equipment, furniture, and millwork. Once funding is released, contracts are issued and logistics are set.

6. Construction Mobilization

The construction site is mobilized and infrastructure work begins. We hold weekly meetings and provide updates throughout the process.

7. Buildout & Installation

Finishes are installed, followed by equipment and millwork. Our team remains hands-on to ensure alignment with the original vision.

8. Turnover & Closeout

Final inspections are completed and the space is prepared for opening. A walkthrough is conducted, followed by closeout documentation and punch list completion.

9. Post-Construction & Feedback

We evaluate the project and gather feedback from your team. Lessons learned are documented to improve future outcomes.
