Origins

Andrey’s journey began in the millwork industry and soon led him into the commercial food sector, where he discovered a lasting passion for hospitality design. That passion evolved into SCOPOS Hospitality Group, a reflection of his vision to rethink and elevate the way food service spaces are designed.

A Brief History of SCOPOS Hospitality Group

1997

Andrey's start with the millwork industry began with Conestoga Wood Specialties and then continued at Heritage Custom Kitchens in 1999.

2001

At Rick's Custom Wood Design, Andrey delved deep into commercial millwork, setting the stage for his future endeavors.

2001

At Clark Food Service Equipment, Andrey was introduced to commercial food service design and worked on setting industry benchmarks with drawing standards and SOPs.

July 4th, 2009

SCOPOS Hospitality Group was founded, symbolizing Andrey's dream of independent consultancy.

2010

SCOPOS lands its first award from its first project.

2013

CraftPoint Concepts was initiated, blending Andrey's millwork expertise with contemporary demands.

2013

The Ephrata SCOPOS office moves into their new building on 300 W Chestnut St.

2017

The Culinary Center at SCOPOS finishes construction & opens its doors to events, demos, training & more.

2018

SCOPOS establishes its Graphics & Branding department.

2019

SCOPOS begins expanding its office globally into Brazil.

2020

SCOPOS wins the FER 2020 Management Excellence Award.

2021

Andrey's mentor, Rick Reardon, joins SCOPOS. Read their story on our website.

2022

SCOPOS acquires the Hollyday Group & begins to offer comprehensive operational consulting services.

2022

SCOPOS supports the Ukraine Refugee Aid and organizes & supports many fundraisers.

2022

With the sale of Horizon H.G., the journey continued, with new directions and horizons awaiting.

2023

SCOPOS supports U4U Kids by creating a brand & website for the non-profit & supporting fundraiser events.

2023

SCOPOS expands its office to include a dedicated space for the Graphics & Branding department.

2024

A Turnkey division, headed by Dawn Beck, created at SCOPOS to allow for full renovation project capabilities.

2024

SCOPOS now has employees around the world, including Brazil, Mexico, Philippines & Serbia.

2024

Connect Foundation founded & supports medical supplies shipments to Ukraine.
